Drying a wet cell phone with rice Urban legend

The most common solution found online to dry a wet cell phone is to place the phone in rice. This is actually not a solution at all since rice by nature is not an absorbent unless it is exposed to heat of 212 degrees Fahrenheit(boiling) and submerged in water ,this is why you have to boil water and then lower heat to get rice to cook . If rice was an absorbent just by itself without being heated or submerged when you took it from your pantry after a rainy or humid day it would be soggy and soft. Since this is not the case rice does not dry wet cell phones. whatever success people online have had with their phones working after trying this solution was merely a fluke and the phone just so happened to dry on its own. When you want a solution that works to dry your phone trust DRY-ALL we have been making our drying product ourselves to keep electronics dry since WWII . DRY-ALL is made to dry wet cell phones
